Frequently asked questions

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, (which is excluded the price) and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Yes. Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” cannot be returned or exchanged. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase. All other items are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery under our standard return policy.
